At Dainty Florals, we want you to love every item you wear. But we understand that sometimes things don’t work out — maybe the fit isn’t right, the color doesn’t suit you, or you simply changed your mind. That’s why we offer a simple and flexible return process to make your shopping experience as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Easy Returns Within 14 Days
We accept returns on all eligible clothing items within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or other signs of wear
- With original tags still attached
How to Start a Return
Returning an item is easy! Just follow these simple steps:

You will receive and email where you will be able to find an address to mail it back
Once we receive your return and inspect it, we’ll process your store credit within 5–7 business days. There will be a fee of $4 for delivery return charges.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team at hello@daintyflorals.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right immediately — including sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
